Safal Cream is a yellowish white component of milk rich in fat globules that rises to the surface naturally if the milk is allowed to stand but safal cream is produced by separating fat globules from fresh milk of cows and buffaloes mechanically through cream separator. Safal cream is sterilized at high temperature and packed properly to give safe, rich cream which remains fresh until opened. safal cream can be used in baking, cooking, mixing, dressing and also used in tea and coffee.
